Amanda Meagher is a community-minded, motivated, and determined Criminal and Family Lawyer with over 20 years of experience within the Victorian criminal justice system.
Amanda provides trauma-informed, client-centred legal assistance and works collaboratively with support services to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients.
Starting Meagher Legal in 2025, Amanda draws on her practice experience in criminal law, traffic law, family violence , and family law matters across both Victoria and New South Wales, giving her a comprehensive understanding of court processes, prosecutorial decision-making, and the broader social and systemic factors affecting clients.
It is this extensive practical experience in case preparation, advocacy, negotiation and stakeholder engagement that sets Amanda, and the Meagher Legal team apart.
